Over the past 15 years, he’s led the growth of the business from a small startup into a national recruitment firm with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, supporting clients across the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure sectors.
Nick’s approach has always been relationship-driven—focused on building trust with clients, candidates and the team around him. Many of CGC’s client partnerships have been in place for over a decade, and a large part of the team has grown with the business over the years, shaping a culture that values collaboration, consistency and long-term thinking.
While the company has grown, Nick remains closely involved in the day-to-day, making sure CGC continues to deliver a personalised, knowledgeable service that clients and candidates can rely on.
