A boutique Project Management Consultancy based in a picturesque suburb of Sydney. This consultancy is renowned for having a senior team with extensive industry experience over a broad range of project types. Delivering excellence in project management and consulting across a variety of infrastructure sectors including Aged Care, Education, Leisure, and Industrial, this tight-knit team of 14 dedicated experts takes pride in providing comprehensive and tailored solutions for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects. You will have the opportunity to work on projects valued at around $50 million, making a significant impact on Sydney communities.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management).
  • Proven experience with 5 years as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Intermediate PM seeking a step up to SPM or an already established SPM 
  • Knowledge of the aged care and education sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to GC21 contracts
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and make informed decisions to resolve project challenges.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and senior management.
