Established in 2010, some 250 employees and with an annual turnover in excess of $100m, this professional and focussed Building contractor are setting new standards across employee engagement, client satisfaction and construction methodology, which has seen them develop into the company they are today.

Operating throughout Australia with offices in very state, working with local and global blue-chip clients, they continue to grow organically and through long term strategic vison and business plans which have been realised.

The role:
Its due to this growth and vision that we are looking for a Project Manager to join the business on a permanent basis to spear head a new project delivery team within an existing client base. Projects will be focused on the retail and petroleum space ranging from $2m to $10m, reporting to the Director. This is a strategic hire and an important one. You will grow a team around you as projects come to fruition, it is also a hands-on role driving projects through the bid phase on to delivery, so is essential you are comfortable managing clients and internal employees through this process.

About you:

You’ll be a driven and resilient Project Manager who has a passion for project delivery, client satisfaction and internal team building. You will be a natural people person with the ability to foster relationships internally and with clients and consultants alike.
You will have advanced negotiation skills, high level commercial acumen, an eye for detail (contracts), but above all else have high level integrity and play with a straight bat.  You will have experience in Building greenfield Retail / Food / Service Station projects and come with a solid sub-contractor base. Fit out experience will not be considered.
