Our client, a highly esteemed Building Services Consultancy based in Sydney, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join their talented team. Responsibilities:

• Design Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the design, analysis, and evaluation of fire protection systems for a variety of buildings, including commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
• Code Compliance: Stay abreast of local and international fire safety codes and standards, ensuring all designs comply with regulatory requirements.
• Client Interaction: Foster strong client relationships by effectively communicating project updates, addressing client concerns, and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers, to integrate fire protection systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all fire protection engineering deliverables.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve engineering challenges, demonstrating creativity and adaptability to achieve optimal solutions.

  
Qualifications:
  

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fire protection engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in fire protection engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
• Proficient in the use of industry-specific software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
