Emphasizing service and quality, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a dynamic three-person team.

Based in Sydney, you'll become an integral part of an established group of construction professionals. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Construction Director and MD, leading the preparation of tenders and submissions for projects exceeding $20 million.

Having experience working on tenders within the Commercial and the infrastructure sectors is preferred. You should possess excellent contacts within the NSW construction industry

Key Qualifications:

• Background in Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating with a related degree
• Capability to estimate projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million+
• Local knowledge of subcontractors
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Buildsoft, and Project
