The Company  
  
You will be joining busy tier two builder that has office in multiple states and an order book that extends well into 2026. The orgainsation works across all facets of the construction market and can offer staff exposure to a variety of projects in commercial, educational, health and government sectors ranging from on 50M projects to well over 500M.

The Position
  
Reporting into a Project Manager, Commercial Manager and working with your project team responsibilities will include overseeing the administration of the head and subcontract, assessing variations and payments whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within budget and is on track from a financnal prespective. You will manage a small team so should be comfortable training and mentoring staff
  
Salary will be dependent on experience however likely to be between $180K - $220K + negotiation of cost for relocation.
  
Qualifications / Skills
  • Construction Management or related degree and experience aross government contracts
  • Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement
  • Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients
  • Ideally looking for someone from a tier one or two background
  • Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to work in a team environment whilst training and mentoring the next generation
  • In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
