Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in alignment with a leading tier 2 commercial building head contractor who specialise in delivering a diverse range of commercial building projects across WA.
The client have recently picked up a new $24m Education project based NOR kicking off shortly, and are keen to secure a Senior CA to lead that project from start through to handover.
The Client
Having been established in the WA commercial building market for over 20+ years, it has enabled this builder to become a key builder of choice in WA with long standing relationships, particularly with government clients - being a go to within the Education market in particular.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
As a Senior CA, you will have support from a CA, coupled with a very strong site delivery team and Project Manager, taking the lead on this newly awarded project across it's full lifecycle.
All aspects of a Senior CA opportunity that you would expect, managing and administering contracts, overseeing sub contractors, payments/costs, variations RFI's etc.
