The Company

My client is an excellent international studio with their Sydney office based in the CBD. They specialise in delivering  large-scale projects within the commercial, education, residential, health and public sectors. This company has a healthy pipeline due to a significant portion of their client base being repeat clients.
Their culture is based on collaboration and support in order to create and deliver design excellence. 


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting an Associate as their second in command by managing, leading and delivering projects on time
  • Ensuring projects are within budget, to the clients' brief and standards, without compromising quality
  • Managing and coordinating with internal and external consultants
  • Documentation both DA and CC, quality control, ensuring all projects and delivered to the quality of the company's standards
  • Working on projects from concept to completion
Key Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification - Masters degree in Architecture  
  • Registration is desirable but not essential
  • Minimum of 5 years' local industry experience 
  • Must have experience working on large projects in NSW
  • Confident liaising with clients and possesses the ability to be persuasive and negotiate when required
  • Must be a team player with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing, methodology and regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
