Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting an Associate as their second in command by managing, leading and delivering projects on time
- Ensuring projects are within budget, to the clients' brief and standards, without compromising quality
- Managing and coordinating with internal and external consultants
- Documentation both DA and CC, quality control, ensuring all projects and delivered to the quality of the company's standards
- Working on projects from concept to completion
- A tertiary qualification - Masters degree in Architecture
- Registration is desirable but not essential
- Minimum of 5 years' local industry experience
- Must have experience working on large projects in NSW
- Confident liaising with clients and possesses the ability to be persuasive and negotiate when required
- Must be a team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, methodology and regulations
- Proficiency in Revit as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
