Project Manager - Civil & Pavements (Adelaide / Regional SA)
 
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading civil and pavements business delivering high-quality road infrastructure projects across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing projects for Australian main contractors.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of civil construction projects including earthworks, drainage, culverts, intersection upgrades, road construction, and rehabilitation.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and logistics for both metro (40% of works) and regional projects (60% of works).

Regional Projects:

• Regional assignments include meals, accommodation, and uplift for weekend work as part of the LAFA.
• Rostered arrangements are included to support work-life balance during regional travel.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering civil and pavement projects with Australian main contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across metro and regional locations.

Package:

• Base salary: $165k-$221k (dependent on experience)
• Superannuation
• Tool of trade vehicle or car allowance
