We’re now seeking an experienced Project Manager (Pre-Contracts) to play a pivotal role in tendering and bid strategy for TfNSW projects. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the Australian operations from the ground up and be part of a high-growth, Tier 2 contractor with international backing.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end tendering efforts for upcoming TfNSW and major transport infrastructure bids
• Engage with estimators, designers, and key stakeholders to deliver compelling bid submissions
• Provide technical input on methodologies, staging, and programming
• Work closely with the Australian leadership team to support market positioning and project pipeline growth

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in the pre-contracts/tendering phase of infrastructure projects (TfNSW highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NSW transport infrastructure delivery standards
• Excellent stakeholder management, bid writing, and leadership skills
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
