Senior Civil Estimator
 
Are you a seasoned Civil Estimator ready to make your mark on large-scale subdivision projects in Western Australia? An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Civil Estimator to join a high-performing team based in brand-new offices north of the river in Perth.
 
About the Role
As a Senior Civil Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in tendering and pricing for major land development and subdivision projects across the Perth metro area. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and the leadership team, you’ll lead the estimation process from concept through to submission, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects
• Review and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and scope of works
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Identify risks and opportunities within each tender
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation systems and practices
• Assist in handover to project delivery teams

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Civil Estimator, ideally with a focus on subdivision or land development projects
• Solid understanding of Australian civil construction standards and practices
• Proficient in estimation software (e.g. Expert Estimation, Benchmark, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
