CGC Recruitment have been engaged by a well established & reputable tier 2 commercial building head contractor, who have a proven track record delivering landmark commercial, health, mixed use and industrial developments in excess of $50m+ across Perth & WA. Due to new projects recently awarded, they have a new requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join the business. 

The Opportunity - Senior Site Manager

Join a leading tier 2 commercial builder with a strong pipeline of secured work across WA. You’ll be leading site operations from early works through to final handover, supported by a capable delivery team, as the number 1 site manager on projects - ranging between $50-150m+. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors to meet safety, program, and quality benchmarks
• Drive project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and leadership
• Implement and enforce WHS policies to maintain a safe, compliant site
• Monitor construction progress, resolve issues proactively, and liaise closely with the PM/CA/Supervisor team
• Build strong working relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial building projects from start to finish ($50m+) as a number 1 Site Manager. 
• Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors confidently
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
