The Position:
Project Manager required to deliver luxury apartment projects in Brisbane.
  
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction right through to defect liability and handover 
• Adhere to building specifications and standards and manage contractual requirements
• Implement project delivery systems, generate constructions programs, tender interviews, contract letting and subcontractor negotiations
• Successful financial and WHS&E management
• Drive and develop a high performing team
