Health & Safety Advisor (HSEQ) – Civil Construction & School Audits Sydney Metro | Part-time (2–3 days) or Full-time (5 days) | ASAP Start | Daily Rates 3-6 month temp contract. 
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety / HSEQ Advisor to support a mix of civil construction projects and school safety audits across the Sydney Metro area.
This is a flexible opportunity, suited to someone looking for 2–3 days per week, with the potential to increase to full-time (5 days) depending on workload and availability.
The Role You will be travelling between active work sites and schools to:

• Conduct HSEQ and WHS audits
• Review, implement and verify Safety Management Plans (SMPs / SWMS)
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, codes of practice and client requirements
• Identify risks and provide practical safety solutions
• Liaise with site teams, contractors and school representatives
• Prepare audit reports, corrective actions and compliance documentation

About You

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety / HSEQ Advisor (civil construction experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and auditing processes
• Confident working autonomously across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• White Card essential
• Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV / Diploma or equivalent)
• Ability to travel across the Sydney Metro area
