Project Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment (Contract | Up to 6 Months) Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: Up to 6 months (potential extension)
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Rate: Competitive daily/hourly rate (depending on experience)

As our project workload increases, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis for up to 6 months, helping us deliver a range of exciting projects from start to finish.
The Role Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple fit-out and refurb projects — ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.

- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Preparing and tracking programs, budgets, and progress reports
- Managing client relationships and project communication
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within commercial fit-out or refurb sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and documentation
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)
