About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new build construction project in Western Sydney. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential for extension, ideal for a capable professional who can hit the ground running and manage project deliverables with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet project milestones
• Lead site meetings, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Utilize Procore for project management and HammerTech for WHS compliance and site safety
• Report to senior management on progress, risks, and key deliverables

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial or industrial construction sector
• Strong working knowledge of Procore and HammerTech platforms is essential
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced site operations with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
