Are you a skilled Foreman with a passion for quality craftsmanship and high-end finishes? Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee luxury residential projects from site set-up through to completion.

Our client specialising in bespoke, high-end residential builds. Their projects demand the highest standards of attention to detail, coordination, and workmanship. They work with top-tier architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.

As Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the site, from initial set-up to handover
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors efficiently and professionally
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor quality control and ensure premium finish standards are met
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients where necessary
• Maintain site records and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on high-end residential builds
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Organised, reliable, and hands-on approach
