Our client is passionate about delivering state-of-the-art facilities for some of Australia's most prominent food and industrial clients. Their projects in this sector typically range from $15 million to $70 million, offering exciting challenges and significant impact.
  
What you'll do:
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale food processing and industrial projects. This includes:

• Leading project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Managing all aspects of project delivery, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in project execution.

  
What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the food processing, cold storage, or heavy industrial construction sectors.
• A strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of delivering projects in these environments.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued between $15 million and $50 million.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
