Job Title: Project Manager – Underground Services

A well-established and respected underground services contractor are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects throughout the Perth metro area. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality civil and underground utility projects, this company is a key player in WA’s infrastructure growth. Their services span across water, power, communications, and gas infrastructure for clients such including leading main contractors and Government Agencies on projects that shape the city and state.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of underground utility projects, ensuring time, budget, and safety targets are met
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage project schedules, costs, and reporting to senior management
  • Oversee site performance, resource planning, and risk management
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil or underground utilities sector
  • Strong understanding of underground service installation and construction practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred
  • Familiarity with WA industry regulations and standards
  • Full Australian working rights
