The Company: 

• Having operating in Sydney for the past 7 years our client are seeing the next 6 months as a chance to grow. Originally having worked in the generic commercial sector they have now carved a niece for themselves with 80% of their work based in the hospitality sector.  
• They have a focus on delivering high-end projects that beat clients’ expectations without compromising on quality or budgets set. In order to do this they have invested in solid tier 2 software’s such as Procore and Jobpac
• Having grown organically with negotiated works over the past 7 years, they are looking to hire a Project Manager who can be a key member of the team moving forward.

Your Background: 

• You’ll be a Project Manager with experience working in commercial fitout space  
• Ideally be experienced in the hospitality sector 
• You’ll have a fair management style with sub-contractors to ensure a quality finish on program while adhering to the companies IMS.
• You’ll be a team player who is looking for a long-term career with a young upcoming builder.

Projects: 

Project very in size and complexity, mainly based around Hospitality, commercial fit outs, refurbishments, high-end homes, and boutique duplexes. Projects range from $500k to $10m.
