The role – Project Manager   
Due to many recent successful tenders and more in the pipeline, the business is looking for a few key people with one being a experienced Project Manager to join the business. The initial project you will be involved will depend on the timing of your appointment. We are looking for someone who is capable and has a proven history delivering projects in the $20M to $50M range.

What we are looking for:

• completed construction degree
• Proven experience working on projects in the $20m to $50m range
• Worked for a recognized Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
• Have stability with previous employers
• Able to lead a team and be a senior part of the business
