The Company

Operational for coming on 10 years this commercial construction firm is an entity of a larger and reputable mid-tier builder. The business is majority indigenous owned and is proud to support the training and upskilling of Australia first nations people. The organisation has extensive expertise delivering projects within live environments across a range of sectors that include manufacturing, retail, education, health and defence.

The Position

Reporting to a Construction Manager and General Manager you will responsible for the management of all activity across 1-2 projects, ensuring client relations are maintained and all contractual requirements set out in the head contract are met.

This will include a big emphasis on monitoring budget revenue and delivering a quality product whilst ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

You will successfully deliver the project in line with corporate objectives, controlling and administering the D&C design process and direct design management in order to maintain buildability and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in projects valued up to $30M and ideally have worked across government and defence contracts

Salary will depend on experience however figures up to $220K are achievable.
