The Role

As Project Engineer, you will support Project Managers in coordinating technical delivery, managing site documentation, and ensuring smooth project execution. You will bridge the gap between design, procurement, and construction on healthcare projects.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day delivery of healthcare fit outs
• Coordinate design, drawings, and technical documentation with consultants
• Assist with procurement and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation for compliance
• Monitor site progress and report on programme, quality, and cost
• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance and safety requirements
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

About You

• 2-5 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator in fit out or commercial construction
• Experience in healthcare, medical or clinical fit outs highly preferred
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
• Confident using construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Construction Management or related qualification preferred
