By being agile and in their set up and allowing their Projects Managers to be autonomous you’ll be able to deliver projects to maintain a healthy margin which projects bonuses are paid on.

With excellent sub-contractor relationships who deliver quality work on time and with little defects you, as the Project Manager can trust projects are delivered to design spec. This has also seen the company pick up repeat business with client and gain many excellent referrals.

It's due to this continued success that we are actively looking for a Project Engineer who can price, administrator and run projects up to two concurrently.

You'll be given more scope to progress your career, and you'll be exposed to the full project life cycle, including commercial risk, head contracts and profit.  Earning yearly bonuses based off project profits.

Ideally, we are looking for a Project Engineer or Contract Administrator who is fed up of the red tape and bureaucracy of a larger tier two and wants the freedom to run projects with support if required. 
  
Negotiating most of their work, they have forged lasting relationships with architects, investors and client-side project management which has seen them flourish through a tough period.
