About the Role: We are seeking a Contract Project Engineer to join our team on a high-end residential construction project. This is an immediate start opportunity with a leading builder, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic and experienced delivery team.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery, coordinating trades, managing documentation, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities
• Manage site documentation, including RFIs, variations, and drawings
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project timelines
• Ensure adherence to WHS standards and site safety requirements
• Report to the Project Manager and assist with on-site problem solving

Requirements:

• Minimum Class 2 Residential experience (essential)
• Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
