Electrical & Mechanical Estimator – Perth, WA

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established contractor delivering infrastructure projects across Western Australia. The role will focus on preparing and managing tenders up to $20m in value, with a strong pipeline of work in the resources and defence sectors. Projects include electrical and mechanical infrastructure works, particularly within industrial settings at locations such as fuel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission
• Prepare accurate cost estimates across electrical and mechanical scopes
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing and scope information
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within tenders
• Support bid presentations and negotiations with clients

About You:

• Proven experience as an Estimator with a track record of managing tenders end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, ideally within fuel facilities or heavy industrial projects
• Experience working in the defence or mining sectors
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Must be an Australian Citizen (mandatory for security-cleared defence projects)
