Summary

This is your chance to lead the delivery of a newly awarded $25m+ heavy refurbishment build located near Perth Airport for a well established, privately owned commercial building head contractor who specialise in delivering new build, refurb and fit out construction projects. 

The Role

You will be the lead SM on site, overseeing 2 SM's - driving program delivery, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Working closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager and head office support team, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of the day-to-day site operations on this complex, high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations, program, safety, and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines
• Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver on budget and program
• Drive a strong safety culture and compliance with company systems
• Maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships

About You

• Proven track record delivering commercial or industrial projects $15m+ as a Site Manager
• Experience in refurbishment or complex build environments highly regarded
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to work to tight programs while upholding safety and quality standards
• Well presented, maintaining & building on relationships with a key client & stakeholders.
