Project Manager - WA
 
Join an ASX-listed contractor with an extremely strong pipeline of work across the defence and resources sectors in Western Australia. This permanent position is metro-based, with offices located just 15 minutes south of Perth CBD. The role will oversee the construction of infrastructure projects in heavy industrial settings, with scopes including electrical, instrumentation and SMP works.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and compliance requirements
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Review technical documentation and provide input into project planning and execution
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Drive safety, risk management, and continuous improvement across all activities

About You:

• Candidates must come from an electrical or mechanical background; a trades background is highly valued
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering electrical, instrumentation and/or SMP infrastructure projects
• Project Management qualification is required
• Background in the defence or mining sectors highly regarded
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent financial and contractual management capabilities
• Must be an Australian Citizen (mandatory for security-cleared defence projects)
