Job description

A unique Client-Side Project Management Consultancy that operates across a variety of sectors and projects whilst providing growth, training & development opportunities that their competitors just can't match! 

There is a great opportunity to be a part of a project team working in the education space. There is now a need for a Project Coordinator to join this growing and booming business whilst developing their personal career. 

You will:
  • Assist Project Managers and Project Directors
  • Evolve your reputation in the industry.
  • Manage project scope from development to handover.
  • Manage design development as well as up-front regulatory approvals.
  • Appoint contractors through the process of competitive tendering
  • Identify and manage construction risks throughout the building process
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow
  • Liaise and build relationships with clients 

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in construction management, Project Management, engineering, architecture, or similar.
  • Minimum 1 + years experience/exposure as a client-side Project Manager or Contract Administrator 
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and client relationship skills
  • Project financial reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks
