The Company

This contractor provides commercial joinery & furniture across high end commercial corporate fitout. With withstanding relationships with Fitout contractors & Architects they are well placed in the industry for the long term. With a well-structured, progressive, and innovative team across design, estimating, manufacturing and delivery you will be joining a high performing and supportive team delivering commercial projects up to $2M

The Position 
  • Be responsible for the day to day project administration as part of the projects & manufacturing team
  • Assist Project Managers with project tracking, take offs and scheduling
  • Develop reports, communications and maintain project documentation
  • Document Control & ensuring documents are compliant
  • Send out RFIs and communication to clients
  • Sampling and assisting design & manufacturing team for sample approvals.
About you:
  • 2 years + in a similar role
  • Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills
  • Bring innovation and collaborative enthusiasm.
  • Highly organised and self sufficient 
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills across all sectors
  • Work across reputable builders, architects and clients
  • Focus on high-quality projects, suppliers, materials and techniques
