CGC are working in collaboration with a well established consultancy, specialising in areas of civil, structural and traffic engineering. They have a strong reputation for delivering quality, innovative design solutions over multiple locations in ACT, NSW and WA. 

The Role - Principal/Lead Civil Engineer
As a Lead Civil Engineer you will be responsible for high quality technical project delivery as you organically grow and develop the team. Working on transport, storm water, major highways and resources projects in collaboration with the Managing Director.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, and a member of Engineers Australia
• Minimum 7 years experience at Senior / Principal level Civil Engineer
• Significant Government local WA experience is a MUST 
• Has exposure in delivering civil design projects within the built environment market
• Drive to take the next step in their career, by leading and growing a business unit.

Salary will be based on experience, however will comprise a highly competitive salary package with incentives to drive and grow the business unit.
