About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable, motivated and driven Management Consultant to join the team.  You will be responsible for:
  • Working closely with the Senior Management team to understand their operational requirements to identify their challenges that can be addressed using various analysis techniques
  • Conduct deep dives with the business risks, controls and issues; identify inherent risks, threats, pain points, control gaps and weaknesses
  • Reviewing and dissecting current process and establish necessary changes required to ensure optimal processes are defined
  • Undertaking transformation programs to identify and validate value creation opportunities for BY Group
  • Developing and design compelling business strategies and transformation solutions
  • Identify areas of inefficiencies at all levels and assist to develop strategic plans to tackle them considering to timelines and budgets
  • Developing cohesive conclusions from detailed analysis and present innovative and action-oriented findings to our senior management team
  • Recommending and enable a Systems Integration and Automation uplift leveraging the best-in-class processes and assets
  • Workshopping, Operating Model Development, Business Architecture, Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements Development / Gap Analysis, Business Strategy Development and Execution, Change Management, Program / Project Management (PMO), Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance and Risk
  • Constructing advanced quantitative models, work with poorly defined problems, provide clarity to complex issues or situations and synthesise large amounts of information into salient points
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team with a people-first mindset
About you
To be successful in the Management Consultant role you will have:
  • At least 2 year’s relevant experience in similar roles
  • Construction Industry knowledge
  • A proven track record of great leadership
  • Excellent organisation skills and be an energetic self-starter with the ability to problem solve and strategise
  • An analytical mindset and focus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
