Leading Hand / Working Foreman – Remedials
 
The Company

• Medium – Large sized remedials contractor, dominant player in the market
• Remedials projects tend to range in value up to $7m, general remedials, cladding, refurbishment, fire upgrades, concreting and waterproofing
• Strong pipeline of work running to July next year – slightly over capacity hence the recruitment drive
• Plans to expand over the next 2 years
• Good culture and environment, operate as a close network, good communication between teams

Salary circa - $100-110k

The Role:

• Drive daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to exceptional standards
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to WHS regulations and protocols
• Collaborate effectively with project teams during all project phases
• Proactively monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control, identifying and addressing any potential challenges

What you'll need to be successful in the role:  

• Minimum 2-3 years’ construction site experience
• Experience with remedial building repair would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills
