An established, but rapidly growing HVAC contractor is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join their high‑performing team.

The business specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial and industrial air‑conditioning systems, delivering high‑quality projects across retail, education, government, health, and large commercial buildings.

With a strong reputation for technical capability, reliability, and exceptional customer service, the company continues to secure significant commercial projects throughout NSW. This role offers genuine long‑term development, ongoing training, and the opportunity to progress into a Senior Project Manager position.

The Role

Working closely with senior project managers and site teams, you will assist with the successful delivery of commercial HVAC installation projects. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is technically minded, organised, and eager to grow their career.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in planning, scheduling, and coordinating commercial HVAC projects
• Supporting site supervisors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Supplier and subcontractor coordination
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Managing variations, RFI’s, and project reporting
• Attending site visits and client meetings
• Ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards

About You

To be considered, you must have experience running or assisting with commercial HVAC projects.

You will also bring:

• A trade qualification (e.g., HVAC & refrigeration tech) or a mechanical engineering degree
• Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation processes
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work effectively with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
• A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
• Full Australian working rights
