Invoicing Clerk / Administrative Support
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join a growing transport and logistics team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a logistics or administrative background who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position within a growing business, offering the successful candidate support and training to upskill in the role. You’ll work in a collaborative and supportive team environment and gain exposure to all aspects of transport and warehousing operations.
This role is ideal for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn, personality and cultural fit are just as important as experience.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join a growing transport and logistics team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a logistics or administrative background who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role:
- Generate and send invoices, and follow up on payments
- Liaise with customers regarding invoicing queries
- Process credit notes and resolve any invoicing issues
- Check all jobs have been invoiced and verify driver run sheets and hours
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks using company systems (training provided)
- Work with GST calculations and ensure accurate financial records
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in logistics, transport, or related admin roles preferred
- Familiarity with Xero and/or Freight Tracker is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and customers
- Willingness to learn and upskill in the role
- Standard 38–40 hour working week, Monday to Friday
- Part-time option considered (30 hours/week, 6-hour working day)
- No working from home, but flexible start and finish times
