Shelley started her recruitment career in 2021, sourcing candidates across the Civil & Structural design space in Sydney. In 2022, Shelley relocated to the CGC Perth office, where she now specializes in permanent appointments across the design engineering space – including Civil, Structural & Building Services.
Types of positions that Shelley recruits for include, but are not limited to: Civil Engineers, Civil Designers, Structural Engineers, Civil & Structural CAD drafters (2D/3D), Geotechnical Engineers, Geologists, Hydrogeologists, Façade Engineers, Diagnostic/Remedial Engineers, Advanced Materials Engineers, Traffic and Transport Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulics Engineers, Environmental and Water Engineers/Modellers, and Resources Engineers.
Shelley works closely with a variety of consultancies, ranging from smaller boutique businesses to large Tier 1 global organisations.
