A very well-respected, National HVAC company who have been around for over 20 years. They carry out a wide range of Commercial projects up around $15m in value.  

With a reputation for excellence and a track record of successful projects, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their talented team. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with internal teams including engineers, designers, technicians, and external stakeholders, to develop project plans and strategies.
3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while effectively communicating project expectations to team members and clients.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
5. Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and procurement to ensure projects are completed within established financial parameters.
6. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Conduct regular project reviews and provide accurate status reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

1. Min 8 years of proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager, preferably with exposure to projects up to or over $15 million in value.
2. A mechanical engineering degree is a big advantage. 
3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems 
4. Ability to interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and clients.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
