S26 Supervisor - Bulk Earthworks (FIFO)
 
An opportunity is available for an experienced S26 Supervisor to join a Tier 1-style civil contractor delivering large-scale bulk earthworks projects in remote Western Australia.
 
This role is suited to a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership capability, proven experience working in FIFO environments, and a solid background with WA civil main contractors.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of bulk earthworks activities on remote civil projects
• Ensuring compliance with Schedule 26 (S26) statutory requirements
• Leading site crews, subcontractors, and plant operations
• Driving safety, productivity, and quality outcomes on site
• Coordinating works in line with project programs and milestones

About You
To be considered, you must have:

• S26 Supervisor qualification (mandatory)
• Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks projects
• Experience working on remote FIFO civil projects
• Background with a WA civil main contractor
• Australian working rights
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills

The Role

• 2/1 FIFO roster out of Perth
• Remote project location
• $140,000 - $170,000 base (dependent on experience)
• Superannuation + site uplift
• Long-term project pipeline with a well-established contractor
