This well-established contractor continues to expand its Queensland operations and is now looking to add a capable Contracts Administrator to support a strong pipeline of work across the education, commercial and health sectors, with projects typically ranging from $5m–$10m.

This role will suit a CA with fit out or refurbishment experience who is keen to broaden their exposure, work on varied projects, and take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional team.

The Role

• Contract administration across commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Procurement and letting of trade packages
• Managing variations, progress claims and cost reporting
• Working closely with Project Managers and site teams
• Supporting projects from early stages through to completion

About You

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator on fit out / refurbishment projects
• Exposure to commercial construction projects ($2m+ ideally)
• Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control
• Organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with stakeholders
• Motivated to grow your career within an expanding contractor
