Senior Project Engineer - Bulk Earthworks (FIFO)
 
An established tier-two civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale bulk earthworks projects in remote locations across Western Australia.

This is a FIFO role operating on a 2/1 roster out of Perth, offering long-term project stability and exposure to major civil infrastructure works.
 
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of bulk earthworks packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end project engineering support on bulk earthworks scopes
• Cost control, forecasting, and subcontractor management
• Programming and coordination of site activities
• Management of technical documentation, ITPs, and quality processes
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements
• Working closely with construction teams in remote FIFO environments

About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Proven main contractor experience delivering bulk earthworks projects
• Experience working on remote FIFO civil projects
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full Australian working rights (essential)

Candidates without Australian civil main contractor experience or full working rights will not be considered.

• Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + super (dependent on experience)
