HVAC / Mechanical Site Manager
 
Sydney based HVAC & Mechanical Contractor are seeking an experienced site manager to join the team. 

They carry out new build and fit out projects up to $6m in value, including retail, healthcare, data centres, sports & leisure, education and more. 
 
Reporting into a project manager the role will have large involvement with day-to-day management of trades and coordination on site. In addition, the role will have responsibility for OH&S and delivering projects on time and within budget.

 
To be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of the following within the Australian HVAC market;

• 3-5 years experience ideally 
• Experience with commercial fit-out projects is essential. 
• Excellent communication skills and able to manage and influence senior stakeholders within the project.
• Commitment to delivery of project.
• Strong management experience of trades and subcontractors in busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience on warehouses and industrial projects is a bonus
