Overview
CGC Recruitment have been engaged by a well established and expanding construction head contractor in Perth to recruit an experienced HSE Advisor to play a key role within the business, with a defined and tailored career plan internally to develop into the Senior / Lead HSE point of contact within the business.
The Client
Our client are specialist head contractor who have a proven track record in delivering large scale industrial construction projects within Perth for a diverse range of blue chip clients. Projects typically include logistics facilities, warehouses, distribution centres etc on projects up to $60m.
Summary of the role - Senior HSE Advisor
A position that will see you managing HSE process and systems in an overarching role, with a strong capability and proven track record of developing relationships internally with both senior management and the site delivery teams.
Culture fit and attitude are key for the position, as you will be working with various key stakeholders both internally and externally.You'll be joining an innovative business who take a very open minded approach to construction and new methods/ways of working.
Experience
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor with experience in either the commercial building, industrial building, civil / infrastructure construction markets locally within Australia.
Ideally seeking 3+ years experience as an Advisor, with site based experience and a good understanding of local construction methodologies / standards.
