About You
  • Experience as an HSE Coordinator / Safety Advisor in construction
  • Background in fit out, refurbishment or commercial projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety systems
  • Confident communicating with site teams and senior management
  • Cert IV or Diploma in WHS highly regarded
  • Proactive, influential and people-focused approach to safety
 
 
The Role
 
HSE Coordinator to support projects across Sydney, ensuring best-practice safety management, compliance and site culture. You will work closely with Project Managers and Site teams to implement HSE processes, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
This is an excellent role for an HSE professional who enjoys being hands-on on site while still supporting business-wide systems.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HSE across multiple construction and fit out sites
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits
  • Develop and review SWMS, safety plans and incident reports
  • Support and coach site teams in WHS best practice
  • Lead toolbox talks and promote positive safety culture
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies and client requirements
  • Assist with HSE reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
