The role:

Graduate Civil Engineer
I am recruiting for a reputable tier 1 contractor involved in a prestigious road infrastructure upgrade project based in the heart of Sydney. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team and be part of this exciting venture. This is an initial 9-month contract with an immediate start!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and design phases of the road infrastructure upgrade project, working closely with senior engineers to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in site visits and inspections, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insights into construction processes.
• Conduct analysis and data collection, contributing to reports and project documentation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Contribute to the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, taking on challenges with a proactive attitude.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
