• This Developer is one of Sydney’s leading builder organisations who have an impressive portfolio of sophisticated, high-quality apartments built within sort after communities.
• At any one time they will have over 2500 units in construction with several sites in planning and acquisition stage.
• The company is absolute best practice within the residential market and has been highlighted by the commissioner as leading the way to ensure buildings are safe and built to the highest quality.  

The Position

• You will have a choice where you are based with projects underway or currently kicking off in Western Sydney.
• You will report into a Site Manager and in some cases, depending on the value, be responsible for overseeing a couple of Foreman below.
• OR also looking for Foreman happy to work under a General Foreman
• Project valued range from $180M - $280M – all based in the Parramatta / Liverpool region
• Salary will be in line with current trends however you can expect figures of between $160K - 190K 

Background / Experience
  

• Trade background with residential construction and finishing experience
• Ability to build good client relationships and manage personnel and operate cohesively within a team environment
• Strong technical, planning & programming skills
• Extensive knowledge of building trades, and how to push projects
• Good safety & company system management skills
• Above average computer literacy
