About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager with a strong background in façade installation, specifically window wall systems, to manage and deliver high-profile commercial & high-rise projects across Sydney. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing site operations, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for window wall façade installations across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works in line with project schedules.
• Interpret shop drawings and ensure correct installation methodology is followed.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and client representatives to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against program and escalate any delays or risks.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings.
• Oversee materials delivery, storage, and handling on-site.
• Manage site documentation including daily reports, QA checklists, and defect logs.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in façade installation site management, ideally with a focus on window wall or curtain wall systems.
• Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale high rise/commercial projects in Sydney
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, fixings, glazing techniques, and relevant Australian building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of WHS requirements and ability to enforce safety on-site.
• Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or similar preferred.
• Current White Card; EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid advantageous.
