Success for this role looks like:
- High level of experience in façade system structural calculations for both recladding and new builds
- The skills and registration to certify façade designs
- Fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues you work with
- Managing project delivery end to end
- Projects being completed on time and within scope/budget
- High quality technical reports and specification being produced
- Acting as an engineering escalation point for technical issues
- Structural Engineering degree.
- Structural engineering registration to certify façade system structural calculations for both recladding and new build projects.
- Experienced in Project Management and Façade Engineering in the Australian buildings sector
- Experienced in coordinating design disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have an excellent understanding of Australian building codes & standards
- Have strong rapport building and negotiation skills
- Have strong organisation and time management skills
- Are open, supportive and accessible for team mentoring and advice
