The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced Facade Designer to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale government commercial and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers, ensuring facade designs are both visually compelling and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive facade drawings—plans, elevations, sections, and detailed components—using CAD software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, or similar.
• Translate architectural and structural drawings into precise facade documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to align drawings with design intent and project objectives.
• Ensure all drawings meet relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist with the selection of facade systems, materials, and finishes.
• Conduct site visits as required to verify dimensions and monitor construction progress.
• Provide technical support during project delivery, resolving design or facade-related issues as they arise.
