A great opportunity has opened for a motivated Junior HVAC Estimator to join a well‑established mechanical services contractor specialising in commercial HVAC projects across Sydney.

This role is ideal for an emerging estimator with 2–3 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step—working alongside senior estimators on major tenders while independently running smaller quotes.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Assist with tendering and estimating for commercial HVAC projects
• Support senior estimators on larger, complex bids
• Take ownership of smaller quotes from start to finish
• Interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather pricing and technical information
• Ensure estimates are accurate, detailed, and delivered on time

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 2–3 years of HVAC estimating experience (commercial preferred)
• Solid understanding of mechanical services systems and industry standards
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on smaller projects
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
