We’re seeking a reliable and hard-working general labourer for a long-term role on a challenging, multi-million-dollar commercial build based in Inverell.
  
This is an excellent opportunity to secure steady work with a well-respected Tier 2 head contract builder and a highly capable delivery team.
  
The Opportunity

• Long-term role on a major commercial construction project
• Work with a well-regarded Tier 2 head contract builder with a strong project pipeline
• Join a structured, well-run site with proven systems and safety culture
• Be supported by an experienced leadership team including PM, Site Manager, No.2 Foreman and skilled Leading Hand
• Immediate or near-immediate start available
• Opportunity to build experience on a complex, high-value build

Key Duties

• General site labouring and trade support across multiple work fronts
• Site clean-up and housekeeping to maintain safety standards
• Assisting with materials handling and deliveries
• Basic use of hand and power tools
• Working closely with supervisors and trades to keep works moving
• Following all site safety rules and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working on commercial construction sites
• Strong work ethic and reliability — turns up and gets the job done
• White Card (essential)
• Ability to follow direction and work within a team environment
• Good awareness of site safety requirements
• Tickets such as EWP, Working at Heights, or Telehandler highly regarded (not essential)
